OVERVIEW The 34461A 6½-Digit Multimeter is the new-generation product replacing the Keysight 34401A Digital Multimeter (previously Agilent 34401A). Equipped with the new graphical display interface, advanced analysis modes, and built-in mathematical functions of the Truevolt series digital multimeters, the 34461A can analyze a large amount of measurement data and quickly obtain results. It adopts Truevolt technology, allowing you to experience measurement and display functions that surpass previous ones. Keysight's exclusive Truevolt technology is based on technologically innovative analog-to-digital converter technology, which can eliminate irrelevant factors in measurements such as noise, injected current, and input bias current, thereby providing you with more accurate measurement results. With this new technology, you can focus on design quality without worrying about measurement quality. • The 4.3-inch color graphical display can show histograms, bar charts, and trend graphs, enabling you to easily monitor measurement results and accelerate statistical analysis. • 35 ppm basic DCV accuracy gives you confidence in your measurements. • It has small DC current ranges from 100 µA to 10 A, allowing testing of low-power devices. • Flexible automated measurements can be performed via USB or LAN/LXI core interfaces. • It allows you to confidently replace the earlier 34401A model.
