ZVA67 Vector Network Analyzer

The Rohde & Schwarz R&S ZVA67 is a high-end vector network analyzer from the R&S ZVA family, covering a wide frequency range from 10 MHz to 67 GHz. It comes standard with 2 ports and is expandable to a 4-port configuration. The instrument features 4 fully phase-coherent internal signal sources and 8 parallel measurement receivers, with typical dynamic range exceeding 135 dB and still reaching 110 dB at 67 GHz. Measurement speed is less than 3.5 μs per point. It supports full-function measurements including S-parameters, time domain, mixers, noise figure, and pulsed RF, and is equipped with advanced calibration and fixture de-embedding such as TOSM and TRL/LRL. The 12.1-inch touchscreen interface and multi-language operating system, along with remote control compatibility via LAN/GPIB/USB, provide high-precision, high-efficiency testing support for R&D and production lines of high-frequency components used in 5G, radar, and satellite communications.
