Product Overview The Agilent 86142A is a high-performance benchtop Optical Spectrum Analyzer (OSA). It covers the wavelength range of 600 nm to 1700 nm, covering visible, O, S, C, L communication bands. Designed for optical R&D and production testing, it characterizes laser diodes, WDM components, EDFA amplifiers, optical transceivers and passive fiber devices. It adopts double-pass monochromator architecture to achieve high wavelength resolution, wide dynamic range and fast sweep speed.
