Product Details

Overview The Konica Minolta CS-2000 Plus is a laboratory-grade spectroradiometer designed for testing the spot luminance, contrast, white point and chromaticity of displays. Being a spectroradiometer rather than a more traditional tristimulus colorimeter helps to ensure that the CS-2000 Plus gives more accurate readings with any type of display technology, including LCD, LED and OLED. Luminance levels as low as 0.003 cd/m2 can be measured with the CS-2000 Plus; for an even greater sensitivity of 0.0001 cd/m2, consider the alternative CS-3000 model. The CS-2000 Plus is designed with single lens reflex (SLR) viewing optics that allows the operator to conveniently view the display or light source through the eyepiece and then focus on the target object for measurement. The CS-2000 Plus features three, selectable, internal apertures that provide a measurement field-of-view of 1.0, 0.2 and 0.1°. These correspond to minimum measurement spot sizes of 5.0, 1.0 and 0.5mm at a working distance of 350mm. An accessory close-up lens is available which further reduces the minimum measurement spot size down to 0.1mm diameter. With the CS-2000 Plus, you can measure the visible light spectrum (380-780nm), the luminance (cd/m2), the CIE XYZ tristimulus values, the display white point (CCT in Kelvin), the CIE chromaticity (xy or u’v’), and the dominant wavelength and spectral purity.
