Product Description: The PCX-7420 can provide QCW (pulsed) and CW (DC) outputs. It can be used as a CW driver with currents ranging from 0.050 A to 5.8 A, and as a pulsed/QCW driver with currents from 3 A to 21.5 A. Additionally, the output can be biased to any CW current from 3 A to 5.8 A, and then pulsed up to a maximum current of 15.7 A above this bias current. A new feature allows the bias current to be pulsed and triggered independently of the main current trigger.
